By using our online reservation system, guests are required to agree with the established room rates.
When making on-line reservation, please accurately fill in the required credit card information, so that we can request the room fee in full. Official receipts will be provided during check-in at the counter.
To ensure the security of our online transactions, it is required that check-in guests be the same as the person that reserved the booking. We will ask our guests to provide photo identification document during check-in at the counter.

All rates include service charges and 5% consumption tax.
Check-in times are slightly adjusted according to the offered promotion, please verify the check-in time during online reservation.
If you need to modify the check-in date, please do so seven days before the original check-in date, the paid amount will remain effective within three months. Please contact our reservation desk as soon as possible, and let us know the required modifying check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate as possible. All final decision resides with the reservation desk.
If due to irresistible factors such as hurricane warnings, traffic difficulties, or official typhoon happenings, please contact us within three days of the intended check-in date. We will do our best to accommodate or arrange for cancellation. The final decision resides with the reservation desk.
The reservation is only until the said check-in date/time as selected by our guests. Without arrangement through either the phone or written request for check-in date changes, the motel reserves the right to void the reservation, and the paid amount being non-refundable.
